I agree: We've been on the Appalachian Trail in Virginia. It's a neat hike but to do it unarmed is to do it blissfully ignorant of reality. Had just been released from jail. Well know to people familiar with the trail.
I guess it takes a death before he is taken out of circulation.
I guess remember this when you go into the wilderness.
