LTC application payment error

Anyone has been experiencing payment issues this week. I have been getting the following error:
Error
We are unable to authorize your payment at this time
Please try the following:
Check the data you entered and correct any errors then resubmit
Try another credit card or debit card number
Contact your credit card company or bank for more information about your account
I did all the above. Still having issues. Has anyone experienced anything like it?
