No way! I know Democrats that couldn't even vote for Clinton. I had doubts about Trump because of his past as a Democrat, but I had no doubt he was a better choice than Clinton.

Yes, the Russians affected my presidential vote as well as all my other votes, both state and national.
I spent my adult life training and practicing to stop the Russian hoards by firing tactical nuclear missiles from West Germany at targets in the Warsaw Pact and, failing that, with convention artillery in the Fulda Gap. My votes go to those persons who best help me continue my mission to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

Oh yea.... I followed every tweet, instagram and facebook posting I could find... I base my entire life on these... They tell me who to vote for, what to eat, how to raise my kids and how my faith is really bad for me.... I just don't know how I could have made it through 58 years of life without them....

Ronald Reagan opposed the Soviet Union. He didn't advocate some kind of perpetual race war against the slavic peoples. Russia and the USSR are not the same entity. The USSR was an empire bent upon a quasi religious crusade to dominate the world with the aid of numerous subversive elements the world over, including within the USA. Russia is a struggling middle tier nation state whose national identity and pride still depend upon the memory of the respect that it commanded as the Soviet Union. People who have lived under socialism won't go back.
At this point, our best move is to push for Russian membership in NATO. The organizational purpose of stopping T-80s driving through the Central German Lowlands ended in 1991. The alliance needs to reorient to new threats or end. Russia needs this more than we do because their military strength hides an economy smaller than Italy's (the nation whose finances are so bad that it threatens the EU).
The Russian Federation gains nothing from war with the US, and we gain nothing from war with Russia. China is a real and active threat, and bullying other nations into their sphere of influence is insane. Russia, Korea and Japan matter most, and for now only Russia has nukes.

Honestly, I voted third party.
I didn't like either one of them last time around and my choices are not getting appreciably better. If anything, they're worse. I am aware there are likely a lot of Trump supporters in here and that's great. I'm glad your guy won. So far, he's not been the complete and unmitigated disaster that everyone who opposed him seemed to hope he would be, but I still have some problems with him. Thing is, he's probably one of the most honest guys ever to occupy the office because what you see is what we got. There were no secrets.
I will say the First Lady has been a complete and total breath of fresh air. I haven't seen that much class, grace, and sophistication since Nancy Reagan. I wish we could keep her around for a lot longer because I think she's one of the best ambassadors for America that the world has ever known. My first presidential election to vote in was Bush v. Clinton in 1992 and I voted for Bush because I wanted a fourth Reagan term. In truth, we never even got a third Reagan term.

Russians? No. Hillary Clinton? Absolutely affected my vote. I would have voted for Fred Flintstone to keep her out of the white house.

I think Putin could vote in California or at least get a driver's license.

Actually, yes. Russians
HAVE affected my vote. When I saw the video of Obama telling Pooty-Poot's minion Medvedev that he’d have more room to BOHICA after the elections, I decided then and there than no democrat can ever again be trusted with governance.

Affected my vote? Not like it really mattered. In 2016, I was stuck voting in CA, so my ballot was a lost cause anyway. I ended up voting for Johnson because... Um... I actually had no good reason.
But to be fair and unbiased, saying that the Russians meddled with the election is like saying that one extra barrel of water made the river overflow. There was so much effective lying and deceit in the media(more so on the left than the right, I have determined) that whatever the Russians may have done is just a drop in the bucket.
But even then, that's only slightly relevant. I honestly believe the defining point of the election is actually the aggressive nature from the left, not just the Russian or MSM meddling. Think about it. What would be more dangerous for your well being: Declaring Trump support in the California Bay Area or declaring Clinton support in the middle of rural Alabama? The latter will get you some strong fightin' words about how misguided you are. The former will have you physically assaulted by the locals. I believe the swing voters (middle-ground folks, basically) understood that concept pretty well. With that in mind, would you rather support a party of mass violence and discrimination, or would you rather support a party of passive acceptance that may contain a few loonies here or there? And now a reframing of the original question: Would the general populace really admit to the former that they support the latter? To get the answer to that, look at the pre-election polls between Hillary and Trump.

I believe you spelled that incorrectly, it has a c in it.
