Why why why why does it always have to be made racial???? The kid was NOT shot for being black, he was shot for being a brazen thief. I don't condone murder but being a thief is a dangerous line of work... and actions have consequences.

I tend to agree with both of your statements; however, I suspect that shooting somebody in the back will always raise questions?

That's true... but I think the shot placement was determined more by the speed (or lack of speed) displayed by the two involved. I'm pretty sure if the thief turned around, the clerk would have gladly shot him in the front

Nobody called 911? That is a really sad statement all by itself.

Especially since the guy doing the shooting was also a minority. Well for now. They are swarming us like they did Europe.

The clerk sounded trigger happy to me, it was probably $15 worth of beer and it was a kid of all things. Use common sense please people?

Worse than that. It was a 2 dollar can of beer. I am glad the clerk is off the streets. That guy was not right in the head.
