California Lyft driver opens fire in shootout after 2 men tried robbing him

A Lyft spokeswoman told Fox News the driver had logged off of the Lyft platform before the incident was reported to have taken place.

Lyft has a strict no-weapons policy for both riders and drivers.
So they would have preferred he didn’t have a defensive firearm?

My understanding is lyft driver's are for disabled people with wheel chairs ect. The guy did the right thing, plus not just a job he's doing but a good dead. Hope he does recover and the thugs can go to that Special place (how can I put this without cursing) umm Not Heaven.
