Reciprocity with all US states & territories, shall issue firearms permits, all permits (to own) explicitly include the right to carry concealed. Some additional details in the article, but those are the big items IMO

Who wants to fly over there and be a test case, see if any of the local law enforcement have been notified about the changes in the law?

It *is* significant that they're also talking about actively promoting shooting - clubs, ranges, etc!
