Doesn't say if there is a Democrat taco. Because of Covid-19 to simplify menu and financial as they didn't sell well.

There is a Democrat taco, and surprise surprise it's still on their (online) menu. A shame, I liked their tacos...

I get that it's not good business sense to keep poor performing items on the menu, but when you remove two leaving only one side of the polarized political landscape represented (yes I realize it's just tacos) it sure seems to have been at least partially political. Now had they removed them and renamed the Democrat, sure.

I sent them a contact email request for feedback. Will let you know if they respond and what they say.

I didn't see one Tex-Mex ground chili meat taco on their menu. I guess one could say fajita taco's could qualify, but they are johnny come lately to Tex-Mex food scene. I don't know anything about the founder Mike Rypka, but apparently he never ate at any of the restaurants I did. He's a likely candidate to eat Pumpkin Chili! May be a yankee.

The "Tacos" in the name had me fooled. Chicken Tender, Fried Chicken and Jamaica Jerked meat 'tacos' should have been a clue. Maybe they'll add Chicken Cordon Bleu.

Haha, fair enough. The barbacoa and fajita tacos are probably the only ones that resemble true Mexican food. That said their seasonal CFS (that’s chicken fried steak for the uninitiated) taco smothered in queso is awesome, if not ridiculously glutinous.

the dimocrat taco gives me gas. I`ll buy republican tacos any day.

they have a salmon taco that is soooo good.

I honestly don't think the taco shuffle was political. I'm still a fan.

I'd definitely go for the cordon bleu before the CFS. Never been to a Torchy's and not even sure where there is one.
