just thinking through the thread title...

If gun manufacturers can be sued for legally making a product and selling it through a distributor who sells to a legal buyer [after being vetted with a background check, of course] who then years later has it stolen by a criminal who then murders someone... why can't the family of a victim sue the local prison and gov't for letting a bad guy out of prison, just to avoid the flu?

Before the country exploded in stupidity with the murder of George Floyd, I would never imagined the day where saying "All Lives Matter" was considered hate speech.

I cannot understand how the STUPID has embraced so many people.
