What are the tolerances for the hole? I work at a machine shop in Dallas, but in the west central area, close I35E and 183/Regal Row.

I could easily do this for you. If you're willing to bring it by the shop one morning I can knock it out while you grab a bite to eat nearby. I can open it up to within +/- .001" if your specs. PM me if interested.
