"....was known to post several messages and photos about gun owner rights on social media. The affidavit from Grasso stated that Gallagher “frequently makes Facebook posts related to firearms and more specifically, the use of firearms against government overreach or perceived threats within his residence.

The trooper included six pages of screenshots of the Facebook posts."

One guy had the nerve to purchase 25 rounds of 9mm ammunition. Massachusetts is like another world.

Certainly looks that way.

Most alarming in the pic was only 10 boxes of shotgun shells... in dove season!

ATF maybe? Unless he was hiding drugs in the oil filters. I guess I’m missing something here.

Correct, ATF. I typed the wrong alphabet agency.

There’s some interesting double-speak in that article. For instance:
The ATF doesn’t require serial numbers for the kits currently, Syracuse.com reported. The lawsuit says the ATF has failed to regulate the creation of ghost guns.
How can ATF fail to do something it is not mandated to do? If that’s the supposed standard, then the ATF has also failed to stop global warming, find a vaccine for COVID-19, and release a patent for a working perpetual motion machine.
