NO! Its grease is all I don't red loctite stuff. I use Rocksett on Gas blocks no locktite at all.

That is a polymer lower.

Yes it is Poly with metal inserts. Great for 22lr build or as a set of parts being held together by some plastic.

Also I have had a 556 upper on it for a number of years and have about 500 rds out of it in 556 and about 1500 in 22LR
