Does anyone know how to find out the actual percentage? Not <51% or >= 51% but the actual percentage?

Also, is it possible to get the diagram showing what part of the property the TABC license covers? Not a diagram of the building but the actual diagram they must include with the application showing the area covered by the license.

TABC says both of those are not public information.

I'll try again. The color of the sign is public information. That's well established.

I'm asking how to get their actual alcohol sales when TABC says that's not public information. They also say the diagram showing the licensed premises is not public information.

The sign color (red or blue) is public but I was told the specific amount they make from alcohol is not public information. What's the trick to get those details?
