Eagle Gun Range in Lewisville has one wheelchair accessible lane. It's wider than the rest of the lanes, and the bench is lower to accommodate wheelchair heights.
Weekend shooting there may be an issue, as I believe it still gets pretty crowded.

After dark, suck up the extra fees and go INTO a convenience store, or go into a grocery store and buy something small and get cash back. At least that way it's well lit and there are other people around.
