I suppose if you are going to use a movie quote, almost any line from the Three Amigos would work.
For example, "Wherever there is justice, you will find us. Wherever there is suffering, we'll be there...line?"
Or, "Farley, farley, farley, farley, farley...ha-furr...[Bang!]"

Each situation is unique (i.e. facing multiple bad guys in a hallway inside your home vs. one bad guy in an open rural area and distance between you and him) If I felt the circumstance required me to draw, yet given the reasonable option, I would try to yell "drop the knife," or "show me your hands," etc. I don't necessarily practice a phrase though. Even then, that line is so narrow and muddy, I don't think you could anticipate what to do for any given situation. Bad guys tend to be unpredictable, illogical, and often make poor choices, so I would definitely err on the side of my own personal safety.
