finally 10 weeks on B C R and now is completed

I see everybody getting their licences and is good I am happy for them,,, i been in background check review for 43 days,,,, so.. how long is the dps suppose to take ? ,and from when they start counting? , is that business days or hole week ? any responses are welcome

Same here 5 weeks in BCR 6 1/2 since they received the package.
5/27/12 - CHL class
6/3/12 - Applied online
6/12/12 - Fingerprints/Photos
6/13/12 - Mailed off to TDPS
6/18/12 - Packet Received by DPS - Application : Received
6/27/12 - Background Check : Under review

Everything was yellow from 6/3/12 to 6/27/12 and I have been stuck in Background Check : Under review since . hopefully get out of there soon .
