I see no reason. If you're saying he meets your conditions of the transfer, then aren't you in a sense vouching for him? Couldn't that come back to haunt you if he does commit some criminal act or if he was not legally allowed to posses a firearm in the first place?mdubtx wrote:I have not had any red flags raised by our conversations.
