I train two options, the variable is the context of the draw. If I am drawing "proactively", that is before I am actually under attack, no verbalization. If I am under attack, as in a close range snarl, I will yell "BACK OFF!" in conjunction with drawing and deploying my weapon. It's just a good all-around policy:

-Tells bad guy you don't want any.
-Tells any witnesses you didn't want any.
-Tells yourself you tried everything you could before shooting the bad guy.
-Forces bad guy to mentally process another piece of info causing some disruption.
-Forces you to breathe.
