From your description of the incident, I get that there were two vehicles in front of yours. I think that one was messing with the other. Not sure whether one was tailgating the other, driving aggressively, cutting the other off, or what.

Then, at some point, the guy who was being messed with got your vehicle confused with the guy who was messing with him. I got it that your vehicle closely resembled the vehicle of the guy who was driving aggressively and messing with the other guy.

After that, it is not clear who did what. I can't always tell who "he" is in your description of events. Try explaining again with fewer "he"'s and more usages like "my friend" and "the guy being toyed with", and "the guy driving aggressively" or something like that.

Were you with your friend when all this happened?
