My limited understanding is if its sanctioned under a professional association, then it's a restricted carry place. As for pay? I am not sure about payment. I'm not even sure if that is part of the requirement under the law.

Hopefully someone else can answer this part if I have given incorrect information.

Reading the law does not show that..... ;-) The law just says it is unlawful to carry at a professional sporting event. To me, that means the event must be professional.

The law doesn't say anything about racing in regards to sporting events. The only mention of racing is horse and greyhound racetracks.

Unless the race is a professional high school or college sporting event it is not off limits. :cheers2:
