agreed. but I was looking at it from the perspective that the door somewhat "shields" you from the front, so the back is your more exposed area.
I'll concede the cars parked directly next to you should be evaluated as well. good point.

srsly, I have taken a keen interest in looking in the rearview mirrors before I "deploy" from my "Urban Assault Vehicle."
I'm trying to get my gal to follow suit, and to quit unlocking the doors and bailing out as soon as the UAV slows down enough for a good Hondo Roll.
