Re: 30.06 Sign on Private Residence
the MPA applies to any texas resident from my understanding... that''s why business owners can't prohibit people from having guns on their parking lots. It would keep citizens from exercising the MPA which is illegal. that's why 30.06/07 signs dont include parking lots/parking garages/driveways The...

Re: Stop issuance of the Green Beret to the U.S. Army 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade.
When SOCOM was created as a joint command the distinction between Army and Navy Special Operations Forces became somewhat blurred. The Navy calls SEALS "Special Warfare" commands and the Army calls their SOF troops, Special Forces. The distinction is irrelevant when operating as part of S...

I guess i asked because i know other states define in more detail whether or not youre carrying legally, those other states also define laws while carrying you cannot have the firearm loaded. Some st...

I can't get anything at the PX. Does that mean everything is contraband?bulinm wrote:If you can't get it at the PX, it's contraband.

Re: Got stopped - TRIED to inform - ignored
If you are carrying you are required to ID and inform, if you are not carrying you are only required to ID (I always show LTC anyways, although I cannot remember anytime in the last few years I was not carrying). Some LEO's do not worry about it, he may not have been irritated with the ID as much a...

Most M4s are semi-auto/3-shot burst, not full auto.C-dub wrote:That's true, but IIRC, we've heard of non-full auto M4's being used on the battlefields in recent years.

Not sure about Ryan's pups, but all the other ones mentioned here are what I would call small to medium size dogs. Regardless of the size of the dogs they do have one downside. Unlike a firearm, you have to reload them every day whether you use them or not.

Re: Parking Lot Postings
1) Employers cannot force the employee from not carrying concealed on the parking lots or keep their concealed carry concealed in their cars. Signs can notify non-employees not to carry (open or concealed or both) in the parking lots. This is not true. Employers certainly can post their properties,...
