That is a common response to most that are new to carry.
When you get out of vehicle, if you need to fix something, stretch, hitch belt, streighten cover, ... It is a natural time. Especially if you are middle age or older as many of us are.
After that LEAVE IT ALONE.
I tell all new to carry: rule #3 is put it on, cover it up, & leave it alone. No one will know.
You will do fine.
