Re: 2 Dead In Arlington Shooting
And why do they call them "strip" malls? Sounds like they're trying to denigrate the restaurants.

Re: 2 Dead In Arlington Shooting
If you are so clearly justified in shooting as it appears the LTC was, I wonder how much difference it's going to make whether you "lawyer up" or "yuck it up" with the cops initially at the scene. If the prosecutor really wants to go after you, your words are likely to get you in trouble when your "shoot" was questionable. I'd like to so hear about the cases where the defendant talking "made the difference" in what most would consider a good shoot.

Re: 2 Dead In Arlington Shooting
No the law says INTOXICATED just like for driving. I believe he fired two shots and both hit.E10 wrote:Law says 'impaired' - from what I can tell, there was no impairment to his use of his firearm. I would like to know how many shots fired vs how many hits. I'd bet his score compared favorably to that of most NYC cops.ScottDLS wrote:Hope the LTC wasn't intoxicated...

Re: 2 Dead In Arlington Shooting
Hope the LTC wasn't intoxicated...he might lose his presumption of reasonableness. 'Cuz we all know it's not reasonable to shoot a guy just for killing the manager...
