Follow up: I went back there and inspected their licenses they conveniently have prominently posted next to the rest rooms. They have one of the mixed food & beverage deals so it seems clear.

It has "pub" in the name yet I've been there and it's pretty much like a Chili's. I scanned every corner for a 51% sign to no avail but I did not see the "unlicensed posession...." sign that is usually around otherwise.
Anyone know about this place? Thoughts?
