Edit, to all: Yes the establishment is called bagpipes. Yes that is the name of an instrument. No, you references trying to link the two together in an attempt of humor is not very funny. If you're going for unoriginal then I guess you win. Otherwise you fail.

Follow up: I went back there and inspected their licenses they conveniently have prominently posted next to the rest rooms. They have one of the mixed food & beverage deals so it seems clear.

It has "pub" in the name yet I've been there and it's pretty much like a Chili's. I scanned every corner for a 51% sign to no avail but I did not see the "unlicensed posession...." sign that is usually around otherwise.

Anyone know about this place? Thoughts?
