The video mentions something about shooting at steel. If it were thick enough and the angle was right, I guess that would explain it.Beiruty wrote:How that is possible to get the bullet travel backwards and hit the shooter in the head? How lucky was he? I guess he would be dead it that bullet had enough energy or did no hit the dirt first.

YOU BOUGHT "COP-KILLER" BULLETS!?!?!?!?!? Just kidding.stevie_d_64 wrote:BTW, what would be sitting at the front door today (not a baby) but a box of 150 API rounds at 647gr.
I expect to get one more of those orders and begin getting a few recipes for a reloading exercise going sometime before the end of the year...
Yeah, I knew it was going to be expensive, but really, it is not that bad if you study the whole picture, see what you want to do, be flexible on a few items, and it soon comes together into a nice system that will outlast you...

You know, for guys like me that reload .308 and .223, you have to reload for a long darn time (or a whole heck of a lot of rounds) before you see the investment in the equipment overcome by the savings on the ammo. But I'll bet you can get there pretty quick with a .50 BMG..... ....if your shoulder holds up!

So Stevie, you've fessed up to the caliber, but not to the make and model. Inquiring minds WANT to know. ![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)
