According to a new report from the NY Times VP Harris has turned to failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on how to turn around her horrific approval ratings.

Rumor has it that Hillary suggested Harris get the FBI to hand over their confidential files on all her critics.

Harris might find herself in the awkward position of casting a tie-breaking vote in favor of her own confirmation, since there may be no Republicans who believe that someone who has failed the Bar exam could be on the Supreme Court.
