Problem is that you were given the policy in writting when you joined. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but it might if you get caught. I'm a member of lifetime too and that policy was on the membership agreement or policy form of some sort that we signed when we joined. If it wern't for the fact that the rest of the family really wanted to join, i would have stuck with Balley's.
