Hmmmmm! That could be trouble. The laws can change or be modified at any time in any of the states. Now that you have mentioned this, I have not recieved an update since I originally bought the app. I appreciate you pointing that out. They have a disclaimer on the app. It is aparently a "use at own risk" type app.

I have an iPhone app called "legal heat". I think I paid a buck for it. I can check all states rules on the fly from my iphone or iPad. Bet y'all didn't know I was cool enough to own an iPad. :shock:

Personally, I like Kentucky's approach. A business can post "no guns" but it has zero force of law. If they want to eject you for trespassing, they have to ask you to leave in the presence of a police officer and the police officer has to hear you persistently refuse to leave when asked to do so. :lol:


Kentucky allows carry under a permit from any and all states....LOL. I love me some Kentucky. Not just because it is my home state either. :mrgreen:
