Today is day 101 for me. Just out of habit, I checked the DPS site this morning.
I got the "Application Complete".
Now to wait anxiously by the mailbox for the mailman.

I'm moving up in the world. No, not the plastic in the mail or even the "Application complete", just the words "Processing Application".

My boss has decided that I need to drive 3 hours to Austin tomorrow to do 30 minutes of work. Would DPS get mad if I stopped at their headquarters and asked what was the hold-up with my license?

Texasdoc, I'll take that couch if you don't mind. I'm at 73 days and it STILL says "Packet mailed to applicant.

I sent DPS an email asking for my PIN. They responded already (at least that was quick).
Status: "Packet mailed to applicant"
I took the class on Feb 16th
After applying online and receiving the packet in the mail, they signed for the packet on March 6th.
66 days later and the status says "Packet mailed to applicant"? Maybe I'll get my license by Christmas.
I sent DPS an email asking for my PIN. They responded already (at least that was quick).
