Yeah it's sorta strange, It's a
State Park+National Park it seems.
Since it's a
"National Park" ... certain rules apply.
I don't believe you can carry inside buildings where workers are performing their job duties ...
There's a "school house" where LBJ went to school, but I don't believe it's been used for a "school" in years.
That's the only "hitches" I can think of off the top of my head.

That might be a situation I'd call and ask a "generic question" without identifying myself or anything.
Everything is explained in the link I provided...you can carry on state park land and on national park land, providing you follow the state laws and you do
NOT step foot inside any buildings that fall under federal jurisdiction.
