There are a number of readily available low recoil loads out there. For folks who roll their own, wadcutters loaded with the hollow base forward have been a go to round for this purpose for many years.
My best suggestion is to pick up a few boxes of candidate low recoil rounds and rent the guns you're considering at the range so she can find a combination she'll be really comfortable with.
