The term may depend on your carrier. I can't be any more clear on what my policy is called, Personal Liability which is in "Other Insurances" (aside from Homeowners, Auto, Life and Annuities), all are encompassed by the heading 'Umbrella'.
If you aren't familiar with insurance lingo I would recommend you take a look through what your carrier provides to get an idea of what will work for you.
