Yesterday, I saw a huge muscular black person wearing a Glock in a slider at 3:00 PM at our Krooger, A shiny Metalic badge at 2:00 PM and cuffs in his six. He was walking

Was it OC, or just "printing"? I just saw at Krooger, a man in khaki shorts with untucked black sport sweater shirt (like those from underarmor) printing bad at 4:00.
