Kimber Ultra Carry II. The thin frame makes IWB perfect. I started with a Sig229 (great for OWB with a jacket), and then converted.

My limited experience has shown the holster makes more of a difference than the gun (I wish I had realized that earlier on, it would have been much cheaper!). :banghead:
