No. Nothing like that. It doesn't even mention 30.06
Return to “A no gun sign for CHLers?”

Similar, yes. But I don't think it said "this includes licensed to carry"tornado wrote:Was it anything like this?Doug.38PR wrote:A little off topic, but I noticed a sign that cited 30.05 and forbade carrying of a guns in the building. I know that doesn't apply to CHLers but I don't know if the owner was intentional on that or not
I did a little searching. I think the language is the sign YOU posted here in this old thread: http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=28922Keith B wrote:You sure it wasn't this sign?
If so, that is required by the TABC because they sell alcohol for off-premise consumption, and you can carry past it. if it actually said LICENSED, then it sounds like the store had their own version printed and it does not meet the TABC requirement and is illegal and the store could be fined for not posting the correct sign.
Absolutely NOT. It was a transparent sign with black letters. It had some kind of Texas Alcohol agency abbreviation at the top AND it said LICENSED.Keith B wrote:You sure it wasn't this sign?
