yeah plastic arrived today 9/14, post marked 9/10. im good to go when i get home

Dps website shows certificat issue or active on 9/3-09. i got an email from dps on 9/4/09 stating same thing. it is 9/11/09 and i still dont have my license, how long to get the plastic after approved. im offshore right now and cant call to find out. ive been processing this application since 2-27-09, so im ready for plastic.
