A reaction to these situations has to be planned before it occurs. Perhaps the gentleman in the corner store did what he thought best for survival.
.Indeed, they do have a higher probability of being robbed than anyone and a mortality rate higher then police officers. As far as 12 ga goes, I have two next to my bed assigned for homeland security duties. I never went duck hunting thou...This could happen to any of us.....anytime and it is unlikely that we will have a 12 gauge unless we get held up while duck hunting. These folks might have a higher mortality rate than police officers!
