Just so you know, the DPS rep has sent three requests to "IT" in the past three weeks to retrieve my prints... This is after they had me fax my FAST receipt with the TCN # printed on it to them on July 27th.

I aint holdin my breath on this speeding up the process...

After having been told for the fourth straight week that my fingerprints are stuck behind a wall, I get home yesterday to a letter from the DPS saying they received my packet but I need to submit fingerprints as they have never received them. OMG!

I called my state senator's office (Mike Jackson) and spoke to a wonderful woman there who asked me to email info to her and that their office would contact DPS on my behalf. I will let y'all know what happens... meanwhile the 90 day clock ticks on...

I have been waiting 6 weeks for DPS IT to retrieve my fingerprints manually from "the system" for a new CHL Instructors Certification application. Every time I call they push it off for another week and tell me to call them back.
