Re: Look what they are trying now!
Another attempt by the anti gun zealots to paint CHL as a threat to LE and society. Hopefully the sheep won't follow this propaganda. Someone recently posted the real numbers on here that show CHL holders are far less likely to commit a crime than people who are not CHL. You have all probably seen i...

Re: $10,000.00 Gun won't fire if taken from user
I think the obvious has been overlooked. The anti gun zealots will make guns unavailable to the public by simply driving the cost of firearms and ammo out of the reach of the average person. This firearm is definitely out of my reach, not that I would buy it anyway. yep... this is exactly what's in...

Re: Student Loans/Class C ?'s
How did you answer your student loan question on the app? I am currently want to know this as I am default(currently paying, but still in default) and dont want to answer yes on the online app and it disqualify me. The way I understand it is that if you have a payment plan set up as a result of bei...

Re: Student Loans/Class C ?'s
I am a bit confused. Why are y'all concerned with class C when only class A and B misdemeanors and felonies are disqualifying?

Re: 30.06 Sign
There is nothing in the statute that requires solely the required language. The statute does not even put a period at the end of the required language, so it is not a full sentence yet. The law requires the sign to have "written language identical to" and the sign does have that. Since th...

Re: Will you shoot?
I say you have a duty to your family first. If intervening in a situation where the chances of coming out of it are slim, I would not get involved. We need to think about our wife and kids without their husband/father. We are not cops and we do not have a duty to protect other people. However, that ...

Re: Concealed handgun story from Missouri
Man oh man. Most of us probably think (and we all hope) that we will never need to use deadly force. This guy thought so too, but he found himself in that situation. It could happen to any of us at any time. Stay diligent.

If A CHL holder is prudent, he would not be getting a verbal or written notice because they would not know you had a concealed firearm.

Re: Why Post "I am not a lawyer...?
I think anyone in their right mind would know not to take anything that they read off of some internet forum as legal advice unless perhaps it is from a lawyers forum, and even then it should be taken only as advice. Come on, are you guys serious with this? I am not a psychiatrist but................
