the biggest thing I think people take for granted is their belt.bentcursor wrote:I'm looking for suggestions on tuckables that really work and also advice on what I might be doing wrong with my exisiting tuckables
You need to be sure you are using a true gun belt.
A "thick leather belt" will not work properly, the gun will sway over/away from the body.
Get a good belt with Kydex reinforcement.
the 2nd thing, and probably the most important is get a good holster.
The Remora, while it may work some what, a Crossbreed, Comptac, or similar with good leather and/or Kydex reinforcement is almost a must.
Proper sized pants are a must, normally 1 size larger than you normally would use
Proper shirts also, again, normally a bit larger, or "Tall" will cover nice and easy.
But back to the belt, you just cant skimp on a good gun belt.
My first, was a Crossbreed belt, about $80
Then I found the Blackhawk (leather with Kydex for about $30, and the Blackhawk was 10 times better than the Crossbreed,
So I am not saying to spend a lot of money, there are ways to do it reasonable.
