Re: Good Idea to get this book for traveling with weapons

Which states recognize my permit?
Can I carry my gun in restaurants that serve alcohol?
What places are off limits even with a permit?
Can I carry when hiking in a state park or state forest?
Which states require law enforcement notification if stopped?
What are my rights during a traffic stop?
For me, these questions are answered more dynamically here.

Even there, the information is too long for my simple brain so I make "cheat sheet" of most of those same questions to refer to as I'm crossing a new State border. Because we are RVers, the State Park question is very important because we often stay overnight in them. We seldom eat out so the restaurant question isn't as important to me as the one about whether or not I need to inform the officer if I'm stopped. Luckily, I can count on the number of those stops on one hand for the last 30 years.

Reading a book is probably good, I like to have more up to date references than hardcopy books provide.
