That may be the best solution. The front page of the Houston Chronicle today has an article that says there's an arrest in only 7% of residential break ins. Logic says not every arrest results in a conviction and also not every arrest results in the property recovered.03Lightningrocks wrote:Ya know.... this thread got me to thinking.
