In the front ranks of the protestors behind the Fox reporter where two individuals carrying flag of Palestine. I've felt from the beginning that this case was co-oped for political reasons. Now they have taken even that to a new level. Palestine....Rittenhouse - how do you connect those dots?
I think I saw the flag you mentioned and wondered why it was there as it seemed out of place. I've since seen it in several other places with protesters. Im assuming I saw the same one you did and while it looks similar (the colors) to a Palistinian flag, it's not. It's a "Pan-African" flag. It goes by some other names. I also see it outside the Arbery trial.

Easy for me to say since I had no property at risk from rioting arsonists. But that is one more reason I wouldn't want an armed teenager there, either.
I'll agree with you and acknowlege where you said "mostly agreeing....".

It seems many people have a different idea of a hero. Heros win medal of honors, run into burning buildings to carry out babies, save someone drowning etc. Saving yourself does not a hero make.

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion

Watching some of these witnesses it seems they try to spar with the attorneys, trying to guess what they are trying to get at and not answering directly, instead being coy with their answers. It seems in just about every case, the lawyers end up getting to what they want and the person has just undermined their credability just a bit instead of just letting the facts they have to share speak for themselves.

It doesn't negate the facts they have to say but it seems more times than not to dull what they have to give.

The comment that by going after a misdimeanor charge of illegally having the gun due to age carries with it the removal of the ability to claim self defense.

I have not heard or know all the legal details around this and hope that something like this doesn't come into play.
The Fox commentator should have done more research. The charge doesn't apply to non-NFA long guns in WI. It's due to a law written with hunting in mind, but the text of the law makes the conduct legal.
Thanks for that....good info.
