If you are going to carry, I believe that should include in your home. I don't have to stop, find a gun, and strap it on before I answer the door. It is already sitting there in my SuperTuck. We come up with a lot of answers like that here. If we run afraid of every little thing that might befall us, if we constantly worry about every lie that a clever person could come up with about us...then we need to sell our guns. Personally, I would not answer the door with a gun in clear view. I would want it to be my little surprise should the need arise. However, you can open carry in your own house, so people should do what feels right.
