If you're in Dallas, bring it by DPC (my gun club) and I will loan you my leather stampers for an hour so you can stamp them yourself. Just don't do it now (wait a month) because my gun club is flooded (underwater) now.

If holster makers would always stamp the gun type on the backside that would make it easy to ID but Galco, DeSantis, Talon for three examples don't stamp the gun type but only their model number. I have temporarily put a few in large zip lock bags but that's not a good log term solution. Ideas?

Underwater? Yikes!

That's a very kind offer, thank you very much :tiphat: . I think I have the problem solved for now, I have a Brady label maker and a roll of cloth-based labels and have all holsters now tagged.

Probably won't help here, but I carry either 3 1/3" Rock Island 1911 or M&P 9. Both fit in my Alien Gear kydex (IWB untucked shirt or dress suit), belly band (tucked shirt), or medium fanny pack (bike riding). Sort of depends on what the situation dictates. Didn't really plan it that way, but sure simplifies one fits all.
