Seriously though, "overhaul the entire process" could mean she's exhausted and fixing to quit -or they are about to hire 10 new folks and double the cost of a CHL Its like when folks stomp and fuss at Walmart because they see 10 registers with no checkers and long lines of customers waiting to check out -if you're not prepared to pay more for what's in that buggy, don't demand they double the staff
