I guess I'm a bit puzzled here. While certainly there are lots of processing horror stories out there, why should Simone or anyone else at DPS be expected to fall on their sword in this case when it is my understanding that the FBI rejected the prints, and Simone was simply passing along the message?bigdadykain wrote: Simone is a spokesperson for DPS and if she cannot accept responsiblity on behalf of DPS then she should not answer the phone or give it to someone who can be held accountable.
It looks to me like the beef should be with the folks who got paid to take the rejected prints as others have suggested.
