It was actually worse than that. After that, West asked the judge to ask the prosecution to show a statute that shows that following IS illegal, and the judge replied "You're asking him to prove a negative." Black is white, and up is down.
This conduct is so outrageous I can't believe the parties involved would dare do it unless they've been guaranteed immunity or protection by the Obama administration.

I say again, Z is screwed. He will be found guilty, he will go to prison, likkely he will be killed in prison before his conviction is overturned.

We're now ruled by the mob and it's enablers. This is the most sickening and disheartening abuse of the legal system I've seen in my lifetime. This is pure Marxist "justice," not even rising to the level of banana republic "justice." Anyone can now be openly and flagrantly destroyed to appease the mob.

The state charged Z with 2nd Degree Murder. The judge wants to instruct the jury to consider in addition to 2nd Degree murder and manslaughter, a 3rd degree murder charge based on the notion that Z committed "child abuse" when he shot T.

Defense is calling that "outrageous," and judge has delayed pronouncement on that. Defense says the state only charged 2nd degree murder, and their case should stand or fall on whether they proved 2nd degree murder.

The judge is SO demonstrably out to get Z, that if convicted, he will win on appeal.

I'm beginning to believe something far more evil is going on here, and that GZ has been set up to be murdered after the trial, and the jury has been scared by threats into a guilty verdict to make that happen. And the force behind this is Holder and Obama.

The many decisions by this judge have left me slack-jawed in amazement, and disbelief.

It's what it looks like when "Lady Justice" peeks out from under her blindfold, and places her thumb on the scales.

Heck, if I were on the jury, I'd be hard pressed not to stand and object, myself!

It is becoming obvious that there are forces at work here beyond the local courts. Eric Holder and Obama, the two fellows who proclaim Trayvon could be their son, are obviously putting pressure on the court to hang Zimmerman at all costs.

This is actually quite common in court. I have seen judges make bizarre rulings over the years. It only makes the news here.

Child abuse? They are sure reaching now and trying to find something for the jury to convict on.

When you consider the JD spending thousands of dollars to help organize and support demonstrations pre-trial, that's not that hard to believe.

They are out to get him for sure.

Well if he'd had a son, he'd be just like Trayvon.......
