The Founders Alliance (Texas Tea Party) has scheduled a County wide, all day, Patriot Rally about 500 yards from our Church. I cant "not be there."

I cant even schedule vacation & get to go it looks like.

I am going to confess here. This has been scheduled for months. I especially have been looking forward to it since Ike wrecked it last yr. I registered as soon as the schedule went up.
I'm not kidding, my ammo box, gear, everything, has been packed for about 30 days now. Saved my money & set it aside in an envelope in my cleaning kit. I had just made arraingements w/ another member to share a room.
When I got word of the Founders Alliance Rally at Diboll, I actually waited a full week praying, asking the Lord to let me still go to the shoot & let someone else do the Rally.(pleading praying hands icon needed here)
Answer: No, my son, Diboll Rally.
So, I will miss meeting a lot of new members. I will really miss seeing many friends.
I will miss the Texas Star but some of you will sure take care of that for me.

I hope that was me. If you really want to see someone shoot that thing get Dave "the guy in the yellow shirt", to show you how to do it w/ that Smith revolver he has on. Seldom does he ever need all 6 shots. I never saw him have to reload it either.
Most of the time he dont even waste a round in the middle either.
That guy can shoot a roller gun.

That was from the CHL forum day a couple of years ago - and Fos was hooked then and again yesterday! Just ONE correction though, that extra gunshot audible was coming from the next berm. He took down the 5 plates in 5 shots that time!

We were so happy we got to attend again this year, and already are marking the days until April!
