Reading through the laws, seems a bit unclear

I got invited to a concert at our local municipal event center. I just realized I prob can't concealed carry, although I'd like to but at the moment I'm not going to.

It's a venue hat will sit 6,000 people I believe, and I don't the the 51% rule will apply.

I'm in the middle of looking up laws ...
